SET I MIG

Set i Mig or 7 and a half is a typical card game played in Mallorca. The name has been given to Bodegas Angel new project to make and aromatical wine. Set I mig has a blend of ripe fruits, distinct herbs, aromatic spices blended with our estate Manto Negro. Sweet and sour blend together to resemble a typical red Vermouth.

Tasting notes

Look: Dark brown color. Clean and bright.

Sniff: Clean and high intensity. Loads of aromas such as chamomiles, anise, citrus, balsamic aromas, caramel, flowers, coffee ...

Taste: Explosion of flowers with a balance of acidity and sugar results with and enjoyable aperitif.

Food suggestions: ideal as an aperitif, usually served with a lemon or orange slice along with ice and olives. Combine well with potatoes crisps, tapas or fish/shellfish conservers.

Formats: 75 cl bottles in a box of 6 bottles.

Conservation: Can be conserved for many years if is stored optimal conditions of temperature and humidity.
