Elaboration: FERMENTATION TIME: 15-20 days. FERMENTATION TYPE: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks controlling the temperature. FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE: 10-14 ºC

Conservation: Well preserved in optimal conditions of temperature and humidity, this wine will remain in good condition for 3-4 years.

Look: Low intensity pale yellow color, with rims of the same color; clean and shiny.

Sniff: Clean, high intensity and very aromatic nose. Floral notes are present along with tropical fruits such as lichi, mango, peach and dried orange peel. Hints of honey and quince.

Taste: A balanced expressive long wine and are same time velvety elegant on the palate. Tropical notes honey and hints of fennel in mouth, with mineral notes and long finish.

Food suggestions: It is ideal to accompany fatty fish and even with white meat and rice dishes.
