Conservation: Well preserved in optimal conditions of temperature and humidity, this wine will remain in good condition for 3-4 years.
Look: An orange salmon color with the same color rims. Clean and bright.
Sniff: Intense, clean and complex aromas. The aromas of tropical fruits such as mango, lychee, as well as white stone fruits predominate. Aromas of quinces and candied fruit appear. Over time the aromas will evolve towards mineral notes and ripe fruits.
Taste: A pleasant surprise with low alcohol content and fresh acidity, and light consistency. Make for and easy drink. In mouth more candied fruit prevails that invite to have another glass.
Food suggestions: Perfect accompaniment to foie, cheese, cakes and ice cream.
