Elaboration: FERMENTATION TIME: 20 days. FERMENTATION TYPE: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks controlling the temperature. FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE: 25-28ºC MACERATION: 25 days. AGING: 15 months in French oak barrels.
Conservation: Well preserved in optimal conditions of temperature and humidity, this wine will remain in good condition for 8-10 years.
Look: Clean and bright with a medium-high cape. It has a red garnet color with ruby rims.
Sniff: It has a medium-high intensity that is frank and clean. Aroma of ripe black fruit with roasted, spices and mineral notes.
Taste: A wine that is potent and full of life. The conjunction between acidity, alcohol and tannins indicate this wine will have a long life. Flavors of coffee, ripe fruits, and spices prevail. Well balanced.
