Elaboration: FERMENTATION TIME: 15 days. TYPE OF FERMENTATION: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 8ºC, after bleeding at the time of vatting to obtain a pale colour. FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE: 8-12ºC
Conservation: Well kept in optimal temperature and humidity conditions, this wine will keep in good condition for 2-3 years.
Look: Very pale pink colour with steely, pale pink rims. Clean and bright.
Sniff: It has a high intensity. Predominantly fruity and floral aromas, with a hint of herbs.
Taste: In the mouth it is a fresh, aromatic wine where fruit and citrus flavours are in tune with a juicy acidity.
Food suggestions: It is ideal with vegetables, pasta, rice dishes, white meats and sweets.
