Elaboration: FERMENTATION TIME: 15-20 days. TYPE OF FERMENTATION: The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE: 15-28 ºC. AGEING: Two months in second year French oak barrels.
Conservation: Well preserved in optimal conditions of temperature and humidity, this wine will keep in good condition for 5 years.
Look: Medium-low garnet red in colour with a garnet rim.
Sniff: Clean, with medium intensity. It gives off aromas of black and fresh red fruits with a smoky touch as a result of its slight ageing in oak (2 months).
Taste: It is a pleasant wine on the palate, with aromas of black fruits and liquorice. The tannins are soft but present due to its youth.
Food suggestions: It is ideal with meats, stews, as well as seafood, fish and meat stews.
